4. Responsibilities
- Clients: You are responsible for the legal compliance of your content and business model.
- Onassa: We are responsible for delivering the services you booked – creative, effective, unconventional.
5. Payment
Our fees are defined in a written offer.
- Short projects: Work starts only after full prepayment of the agreed amount.
- Long-term projects: Payment is due monthly in advance.
- No free test runs: Every service is binding and begins only after payment.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the fallout if competitors don’t like your increased visibility. Use of our services is at your own risk – like every bold move in business.
7. Backups & content
We do not keep permanent backups of delivered content unless explicitly booked as an extra. Once delivered, it’s your responsibility.
8. Third parties
When using tools like WhatsApp, Google, or hosting providers, their terms also apply. We don’t control them, so we are not liable for their actions.
9. Jurisdiction
Cyprus law applies. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Limassol. Bring your best lawyer – or better, let’s keep it business.
